山东华明牧业集团(万头牛羊调拨基地)座落在山东省畜牧区的核心位置济宁市.公司总占地面积400亩,养殖区占地面积380亩，是目前济宁地区存栏量,品种全、实力强的“畜牧养殖龙头示范企业”。1988年，被农业部 评为“农业产业化重点龙头企业”，养羊协会理事单位，济宁市一家“重点种畜场”。山东省一级繁育供种推广基地。现成立种畜研究所，聘请海内外知名专家8人作为专职技术人员对小尾寒羊纯种、南非系波尔山羊的改良2-6代、鲁西黄牛、西门塔尔、利木赞牛、奶牛等优良种畜的保胎、多胎繁育、肉质改良、胚胎移植等项目进行研究
